All of A Flutter

Happy Friday! It's time for a new challenge from the Totally Papercrafts team - "All of A Flutter". This week we're sponsored by the fab Ladybug Ink. I chose this adorable image of Buttercup the dog with some of her feathered friends. (I admit it felt odd making a Christmas card in July, so I didn't choose a traditional Christmas color scheme!)

Sketch Saturday

Hi! I'm back with another card based on a sketch. (I just love sketches!) This one is based on the current sketch on the Sketch Saturday challenge blog.

Happy 1st Birthday Yumi & Fumi!

Hooray! Today's the day! It's the first birthday of Yumi and Fumi Handmade, home of fun and adorable stamps. To celebrate, Yumi and Fumi, owners of Y&FH, are hosting a blog hop filled with wonderful projects inspired by this photo:

My favorite color is pink so I was excited to work with this color palette! I thought the sassy Fumi with Messenger Bag went perfectly with this bright and playful color scheme.

Hooray for the Red, White and Blue!

I had such a fun and relaxing Fourth of July, that I had to do just a little more celebrating with a red, white and blue card:

Our weather was beautiful but much cooler than usual, so I actually was wearing long pants and a sweatshirt jacket when we were watching fireworks!

Happy 300, Mojo Monday!

The sketch was so much fun, I had to make two different cards. First up, Lavender the Quilter from Kraftin' Kimmie:

Of course, I had to include some stitching on her card. :) I really like these MME papers and I thought their fabric-like patterns were perfect for a quilting themed card. Kim, owner of Kraftin' Kimmie is also offering her own prize to celebrate Mojo Monday, so I'll be linking my card up over on the Kraftin Kimmie blog, as well.

I hope those in the US had a wonderful 4th of July. I know I sure did! We spent several days down at the lake, hanging out with family and enjoying fireworks and beautiful weather! It was hard to come back home. But, on the plus side, now I can share my card for this week's Sister Act Card Challenge:
